How do Call Credits and Rollover work?
Each plan gives you a set amount of Monthly Call Credits. If you have a quiet month, your unused credits automatically roll over to the next month to help cover busier periods! If you ever run out of credits, additional calls are simply charged at a flat rate of 25p per call. To ensure you never receive an open-ended bill, you can easily enable a Spend Cap in your dashboard to pause the service instead of incurring overage charges. We'll always notify you before you run out.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
You get full access to the Standard plan for 7 days, completely free. We don't even ask for your credit card until you're ready to subscribe.
